Rillettes de Poulet au Chorizo / Chicken Rillettes with Chorizo

C'est l'été, il fait beau, il fait chaud, quoi de meilleur qu'un apéritif entre amis ou tout simplement en famille ? Je vous propose cette recette de rillettes au poulet et au chorizo qui ravira vos convives. Elle a été mise au point avec mon ami Flavien.

Ingrédients / Ingredients

250 gr de blancs de poulet cuits / 250g cooked chicken breasts
80 gr de chorizo / 80g chorizo
150 gr de fromage frais ail et fines herbes / 150g cream cheese with garlic and herbs
1 petit poivron / 1 small bell pepper
des brins de cibouette / strands cibouette
sel et poivre / salt and pepper

Ustensiles / Utensils

1 hacheur / 1 chopper
1 saladier / 1 bowl
1 bol / 1 small bowl

C'est parti / Let's go

Hacher les blancs de poulet puis les mettre dans le saladier / Chop the chicken breasts and put them in the salad bowl
Hacher le chorizo et l'ajouter dans le saladier / Chop the chorizo and add to the bowl
Ajouter le fromage frais / Add the cream cheese
Hacher le poivron et l'ajouter dans le saladier / Chop the bell pepper and add to the bowl
Hacher la ciboulette et l'ajouter dans le saladier / Chop the chives and add to the bowl
Saler et poivrer selon votre convenance / Add salt and poivon your convenience
Mélanger le tout / Mix everything
